Took my kids here on a Saturday in November of 2012. Not the Chuck E Cheese I remember as a kid. This place was super crowded and somewhat chaotic. LOTS of people and little kids running around. Seemed like a daycare with a pizza buffet and creepy, human size mice who can play musical instruments. My kids had a blast (ages 2, 5) - but I decided the next time I was going to go to Chuck E Cheese, I'd go to the one in Annapolis, MD - about 25 minutes east. Check out my review of that place and you will see that my experience there was less than exceptional as well.

I actually don't understand peoples bad reviews on this place. I have a 4 year old and come here often and I have never had any issues. It's kids everywhere, they're running,jumping,playing,screaching..(what kids do)..the parents I notice are running behind their kids. Whether they are "ghetto" I couldn't tell you. I know that I'm not. The staff has never been rude or unhelpful. The pizza came out fast & my son always has a great time.Trust me I could bear to go without the "kid chaos" but my child begs to go there..so If you want super quiet kid entertainment I recommend the Bowie library.:)

Can you use ratchet for a kid establishment? Because that pretty much sums up this chuck e cheese location when I came last year. Mothers are in there dressed like they're scouting at all-star weekend, the kids are rude af. Its preeetyyyy much a ghetto baby casino. During the summer, the line is literally all the way outside. You would think Odd Futura or Beyonce is about to perform. I'm guessing since it's right off metro this gives access to all the hoodrats to come and have their kids bday parties here. You get inside and it looks like a gogo. Let's not talk about the police that looked like bouncers at the door. I didn't know if TCB or the Chuck e cheese band was playing. Now let's go back to the kids being rude. A little boy was in there snatching tickets. A friend of mine dropped his tokens and started picking them, we thought this little boy was helping until he started pocketing the tokens. We asked for them back and the little boy pulled up his sagging pants and said "or what?". *sigh* The games never work, the establishment is dirty and the food is Sometimes cold. If you value your child's health, don't feel like fighting other people kids, or not trying to get robbed in the parking lot by a toddler, stay away from this location. It pretty much looks like LOVE night club during the summer of 08.... I mean That's how the mom's come dressed. Prepare to walk by guys who smell like weed and everything. Keep your kids close. I'm pretty sure there are a few 2 year olds packing a pistol in their Pampers for protection. This chuck e cheese looks like The Carter Building

I love going to this Chuck E Cheese! Me and my daughter went here today and as usual....the staff was very friendly to the guest that arrived with their kids. It was really a good feeling. This Chuck E Cheese is walking distance from the Blue Line train station, Largo Town Center. This location is big and very clean. I am always seeing staff cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this place!.....its very inexpensive as well. My daughter had fun and thats all that mattered to me! -Nyomi

I'm. Guessing they moved because the new address is 1050 shoppers way, anyways! My fiancé family decided to take the little children here for they birthday! Upon entering (directly in front of location) I see a lady freely smoking a joint(weed) no giving a single fuck about children walking in etc! And I'm guessing chuck e cheeses didn't either because they did NOTHiNG. A lot of the games was not working some had signs on them letting you know & some didn't (taking them babies coins)! Food came out about a hour later cold, I'm guessing the waiters nor cook gave a single fuck about use waiting a hour for food and also spending about $200 feeding our party guest here(not including coins we brought) Parent was cussing out other people children SMDH! The place was Packed but we managed to still find tables! I will Never go back to this location! I'm giving two stars because the kids had fun & once we sent the food back to be warmed up, it didn't taste bad!

Dear Drug Enforcement Administration, I'd like to report that this listed establishment is a drug house that caters to children. The children are herded in droves and stamped with some unknown substance that glows, thus "marking" them. That's when all hell breaks loose. The poor children, with their dilated pupils, runny noses and jittery hands, just take off all over the place screaming, bouncing off the walls and climbing various objects that come in the form of obstacle courses and gaming machines. Their interactions with each other tend to be aggressive and their speech is often limited to one syllable words and various banshee type sounds. They must have taken a good hit of something bad! Almost forgot to mention the rodent infestation in this building. Human sized rodents behaving in a peculiarly friendly manner and brazenly approaching humans to pet and be pet. This establishment also serves highly questionable and ridiculously priced food that the children eagerly devour with reckless abandon. Concern over tampering exist because while the "pizza" looks and smells normal for the first 10 minutes or so, after that it dries up and takes the texture of plaster. While the food serves its purpose in theory, testing should be done to assess what role if any it plays into the children's altered state of mind. Finally, the dealers, or as the establishment calls them, "hosts", are adept at manipulating the children towards continuing their "high" throughout their stay at the venue. The hosts lead the children through sing alongs, which may or may not go against the tenets of anti-drug programs. They are also quite savvy at siphoning tickets (the currency of choice) for various forms of paraphernalia. Those tactics cause these users (children) to go after the enablers of their habit (parents) and rob them of every dollar they have. As a concerned citizen, I implore the DEA to immediately investigate the situation by sending an experienced tactical team to breach the premises. I would advise the team to come highly prepared because......the chief rodent named "Chuck E" may be the Drug Kingpin and is scary as heck!

Haven't been here in years. Their entrance is on the side now, they have better games, and it looks like a daycare now with their purple walls and bright lights. I visited this place today with my family and was disgusted by the dirtiness of the floors and tables. Did they not have anyone cleaning up in this place?!?! Another thing is that this location is too small for a chuck e cheese's. It's hard to find tables on weekends and people are EVERYWHERE! If you wanna throw a party here I would skip this location and go to the one in Waldorf or Rockville.

This place is a complete train wreck. Ghetto is an understatement. Smells like weed and alcohol on here and the mothers are dressed like they are at the club smh. The Moms are cursing at their children. I will never take my Nephew to this location again!

This has to be the worst Chuck E Cheese in the world. Avoid this living hell on the WEEKENDS! Prepare for a line to get into this place and when you finally get in its DIRTY. Cups on the floor, Food on the Floor & Socks on the Floor. I even seen a lady changing her baby diaper on the tables they serve food on. The workers didnt say anything to her at all. This is a GROSS place, its small and its always PACKED because this is really the only chuck e cheese you can get to on the metro. I recommend going to 2928 Festival Way, Waldorf, MD.

We tried to take our daughter here on a Saturday evening, which, I realize, is probably the worst time to go. I hoped it would be better since it is the closest Chuck E. Cheese's to our home. We will not return. It was so crazy, there was about 40 people waiting just to get into the place - never mind what it looked like inside. The people in the line were mean and angry - not what we wanted to be around. People were yelling at each other, one lady told her 3 year old son to "shut the f*** up". After a few minutes of waiting in line, we decided playing games at home would be better for everyone. We won't be returning to this one.
